Nowvibe (the app and this website) is run by Mohd Ali Mohiuddin, an individual in India (“we”, “us”). By using Nowvibe you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Nowvibe.

Who can use Nowvibe

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need your parent's or guardian's permission to use Nowvibe and to buy Nowvibe Plus, and they accept these terms for you.

Your account

• You sign in with Google. Keep that account safe: you're responsible for what happens on your Nowvibe account.
• Use a name your friends know you by, and don't pretend to be someone else.
• You can delete your account at any time in Me > Account > Delete account.

What you share

Your name, picture, vibes, reactions and anything else you add stay yours. You let us store them and show them to the people Nowvibe shows them to (your friends, and friends of friends if you turn that on), only to run Nowvibe.

Rules

Don't use Nowvibe to share or do anything that:

• belongs to someone else and you have no right to share;
• is obscene, pornographic or paedophilic, or invades someone's privacy, including bodily privacy;
• harasses, bullies, threatens or insults anyone, including because of their gender, religion, caste, race or ethnicity;
• is harmful to children;
• deceives or misleads people, or is knowingly false;
• pretends to be another person;
• promotes gambling or money laundering;
• infringes a copyright, trademark or other right;
• contains viruses or other harmful code;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, its friendly relations with other countries, or public order;
• breaks any law in force.

Also don't send spam, collect other people's data, or try to break or get around Nowvibe's limits and security.

Safety and reports

You can block or report anyone from their page. We look at reports and can remove content, limit features, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. Complaints go to our Grievance Officer: see Contact.

Nowvibe Plus

• Plus is an optional paid extra. Prices are in Indian rupees and shown on Pricing and in the app before you pay.
• Each payment is one-time and adds a month or a year of Plus. Nothing renews automatically.
• Payments are processed by PayU. We never see your card, UPI or bank details.
• Plus starts as soon as the payment goes through. Refunds follow our Refund policy: a full refund if you ask within 7 days.
• We may change prices for future payments. Plus time you've already paid for isn't affected.

The service

We work to keep Nowvibe running well, but it's provided “as is”. Features may change, and notifications can be delayed or blocked by your phone or browser.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses or for what other users do, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top, and let you know if the change is important. Using Nowvibe after a change means you accept it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
